Your First Visit
What to Expect on Day 1 at Rejuvenate Life Chiropractic:
- Warm welcome
- Tour of office
- Provide paperwork you have already completed, or arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment to complete paperwork.
- Make a copy of your insurance card and/or explain other payment options for the first day of serviceWe bill your insurance company for you, as well as accept auto accident and workers compensation cases.
- For patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, flexible payment programs can be arranged.
- Meet with Dr. Erin to address your health concerns in a no charge consultation (the rest of day 1 has fees)
- Conduct examination, which includes:
- Digital Posture Pictures
- Neurological Evaluation
- Muscle Evaluation
- Orthopedic Evaluation
- Insight Subluxation Technology
- Assess your heart rate variability
- Assess your spinal muscle tension
- Assess the surface temperature surrounding your spinal joints
- X-rays (if needed)
What to Expect on Day 2: Spouses or significant others are highly encouraged to attend
- Discuss your recommended rejuvenation plan: an action plan tailored for your health needs (included in the Day 1 investment)
- Explanation of:
- Findings from Day 1 testing
- How we can help you
- Length of time to heal
- Investment to rejuvenate
- Every person responds differently to care. As care progresses we can alter plans accordingly.
- Receive your 1st adjustment (new fees begin)
- You have made a great decision toward improving your health!
